Refunds & cancellations

Integritech Pty Ltd provides professional services on a quoted basis. Where work has been performed in accordance with an agreed scope, fees for that work are generally non‑refundable.

If you believe an invoice has been issued in error, or if there is a dispute about the scope or quality of services provided, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the invoice so we can review the matter.

Privacy

We collect and store only the information required to communicate with clients and deliver our services (such as contact details, project information, and billing records).

Payment information for card and Apple Pay transactions is processed by Wise and other payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVV data.
